Dodgers Down All-Stars; Beat the Heat in Concord

The Washington Manor
Dodgers used a series of pitchers
in a 11-5 win over the Manor All-
Stars at Stenzel Field on Friday
evening, but Matt Pomykala did
the most work on the mound with
four innings of relief.
Tyler Keahi went 2-for-2 and
drove in three runs for the Dodgers,
and Jimmy Minkel drove in
another run with a single.

Orioles finished their season in
first place with a 14-2 record and
are the top seed in the District 5
Tournament of Champions.
Manager Ed Dean has coached
the Orioles for 22 years and for 22
years has reached the Tournament
of Champions with 14 first- place
finishes and eight second-place
finishes.
